    Maximum Contamination & Moisture Control

    • Patented Moisture Management: Significantly reduces the transfer of water vapor to the GC/GC-MS, protecting your analytical columns and detector.
    • Smart Foam Sensor: Built-in sensor detects foaming inside the purge tube, instantly protecting the sample lines and the entire analytical system from contamination.
    • Inert Sample Pathways: All sample lines are constructed from PEEK or silanized inert stainless steel to eliminate carryover and active sites.
    • Zero Cold Spots: All transfer lines and the 6-port valve are temperature-controlled, eliminating cold spots and preventing sample loss.
    • Isolated Backflush: Trap and purge tube backflush gas paths are separated. Desorbed compounds from the trap are physically prevented from flowing back into the purge tube, eliminating cross-contamination.
    • Heated Water Rinse: Supports hot distilled water rinsing of lines and the purge tube, alongside customizable cleaning cycles for both the sampling needle and purge tube.
    • Direct Solid Sample Processing: Solid sample vials can be heated and injected with distilled water directly for in-vial magnetic stirring and purging.
